A website for your business - ready in 5 days

A client looking for a service (hairdresser, mechanic, restaurant) wants to know what they will pay before calling. Most companies write "prices on request" or do not list them at all - the client then goes to a competitor who is more transparent. The Services/Pricing section is an accordion on the site with all your services and prices: the client clicks a service name and sees the price plus a short description (duration, what is included). They do not need to scroll a long list or call for a quote. You get a section with any number of services grouped into categories (e.g. women's haircuts, men's, coloring). Without a pricing section the client is left with the question "how much does it cost?", with one - they immediately see if it fits their budget. This shortens the decision cycle and filters out mismatched inquiries.

A portfolio gallery is a section on your website with photos of your work - hairstyles, makeup, interiors, dishes or projects. A client considering your business wants to see proof, not just promises. Without a gallery a website is a "declaration", with one - a portfolio. You get a section with 8-12 photos that open in a lightbox (an enlarged window you can scroll through) when clicked. Images are optimized for the web (proper sizes, lazy loading) so they do not slow down loading. The client sees real work - this builds trust faster than any text. For hair salons, beauty salons, restaurants and workshops (industries where quality is visual) this is often the strongest conversion element on the page.

The Team section consists of cards with 2-6 people working in your company - each with a name, role, short bio and profile photo. Clients looking for a hair salon, restaurant or workshop often want to know who stands behind the service - it builds trust faster than the company name alone. You get elegant tiles (photo, name, role, 2-3 sentences about experience or specialization), optimized for mobile and desktop. Each card is interactive (subtle animation on hover for desktop, responsive tiles on mobile). Photos are optimized for the web so the site loads fast. For hair and beauty salons it is practically mandatory - clients often choose a specific stylist by name, not the whole salon. It also helps with recruitment - candidates see the team they would join.

Customer reviews are the strongest sales argument - stronger than any sentence written by the business owner. A client visiting the site for the first time does not know you, but trusts other people who already used your service. You get a slider with 3-6 reviews (review text, client name, optionally location or service). The slider scrolls automatically or on arrow click, on mobile the full card is always visible. You provide the review content yourself - if you do not have any, I will write a request template for you to send to clients (no extra cost, included in the addon). Without reviews, the site is your company's monologue, with them - a conversation with client voices. For salons and restaurants it is often the deciding conversion element.

Google Maps location is an embedded map in the contact section showing your company's exact address. The client sees where to drive and can open the route in their phone navigation with one click. Without a map, the client has to copy the address themselves and paste it into Google Maps - which can be tricky for older users and often ends in giving up. You get an interactive map with a pin on your address (the client can zoom and pan), clicking the pin opens Google Maps with a route ready from where the client currently is. For local businesses (salon, restaurant, workshop) this is practically essential - before calling to book a visit, the client checks if you are "on their way". Low price, big impact on the decision.

Online booking is a button on your site that opens your Booksy or Calendly calendar - the client picks a slot without calling. Some clients (especially younger ones) do not want to call at all - if there is no online booking, they go to a competitor who has one. Others call outside business hours and do not leave a message. You get an integration with your existing Booksy or Calendly account. Calendly is free at the basic level (up to 1 meeting type). Booksy is paid from approx. 119 PLN/m after a 14-day trial (market standard for hair salons in Poland). I will help you choose which makes sense for your scale. A "Book a slot" button is visible on the site and leads to a ready calendar with all your services. The client picks a slot, leaves contact info, gets confirmation. You get a notification. For hair and beauty salons Booksy is the market standard - clients already know this interface.

The WhatsApp Business widget is a floating button (green WhatsApp icon) in the bottom right corner of your site - the client clicks and writes to you directly via WhatsApp, without filling out a form. Conversion via WhatsApp is usually higher than via a traditional form - because the client sees they will get a reply in 5 minutes, not wait 24h for an email. Clients aged 18-40 often do not want to call at all, but happily write. You get a widget integrated with your WhatsApp Business number (free app, 5-minute setup), with a default welcome message. The client clicks - a chat opens with a prefilled message, they just add their question. The whole conversation goes to your phone - you reply like to a friend. The cheapest addon with the highest impact on the number of client inquiries - small investment, big change in communication quality.

A bilingual website means all texts on the site translated into English, with a PL/EN switcher in the header. An English-speaking client (tourist, expat, foreign client) sees the site in English - without Google Translate which breaks formatting and confuses meanings. You get a complete translation of all texts (Hero, About, services, reviews, contact form, FAQ), separate URLs (/ for Polish, /en/ for English), automatic SEO meta tags for each language version. Translation is done using DeepL with my corrections for text consistency. If you need expert translation (medical, legal, technical) - I recommend hiring an external translator, I can refer one. For businesses in tourist locations (Mazury, Tricity, mountains) this is often a way to reach a foreign client at a different price point than a local one.

A blog is a section on the site with company news (new employee, holiday hours, new service), tips (how to care for hair after coloring, how to prepare for a visit) and seasonal promotions. Each new post is an additional page indexed by Google - meaning more traffic from search without paying for ads. You get a post template in a simple format - text plus photo. Updates are done by me every 2 weeks under the subscription (you provide the text or we agree on a topic) or by you after a short GitHub training. The site automatically generates the post list, a sitemap for Google and an RSS feed for subscribers. Without a blog the site is static and Google rarely refreshes it. With a blog the company lives online - one post every two weeks is enough for Google to treat the site as active. For industries with guides (beauty, fitness, gastronomy) it is a meaningful traffic source.

An online shop is up to 10 products sold directly on your site with Stripe or Przelewy24 payments (BLIK, card, online transfer). Your client buys a gift voucher, cosmetic, supplement or other product and pays right away - you get a notification and money in your account. Without a shop, the client asks "how much is the voucher", you reply, they disappear. You get a product list with photo, description, price and a "Buy now" button, a cart, an order form, payment gateway integration (1.5-2% commission per transaction - standard market rate). Limit of 10 products - if you plan more, a dedicated solution like Shoper or WooCommerce is better. Note: Stripe and Przelewy24 require a registered business (NIP, REGON tax IDs). If you run an unregistered activity - we will discuss alternatives (e.g. traditional bank transfer without a payment gateway, BLIK to phone number).

Privacy policy + GDPR is a legally required document in the site footer plus a separate terms document (if you have a shop). Note: the cookie consent banner is already in the base - this addon is not about cookies, but about the full privacy policy document required by UODO (Polish DPA) and GDPR. Without this document, UODO considers the site non-compliant even if it has a working cookie banner. Penalty for not having it: realistically from a few hundred PLN warning to several hundred thousand PLN depending on company size and violation type. For a small company most often a few to a dozen thousand PLN plus the obligation to fix the issue within a deadline. You get a complete document prepared for your business: who is the data controller, what data you collect (form, newsletter, bookings, shop), for what purpose, for how long, with whom you share it, what rights the client has. Plus shop terms if you have the shop addon. I prepare the document based on a tested legal template adapted to your company. For full legal certainty (especially if you run an online shop or process special category data) I recommend additional verification by a lawyer - I can refer a service like Lex Secure (separate cost).

Advanced SEO is three elements that increase your site's visibility in Google. First, technical SEO (URL structure, Schema.org, meta tags for specific keywords from your industry). Second, local SEO (Google Business Profile - your company listing in local results, plus NAP - consistent name-address-phone across the internet so Google "knows" it is the same business). Third, performance (load speed, good Lighthouse scores on the main metrics). Without it the site appears in Google but far down - on the second or third page where no one looks. With this addon the site has a real chance to land in the top 3 for long-tail keywords like "women's hair coloring Olsztyn downtown" (long, local, specific). For broader keywords like "hairdresser Olsztyn" the scale of competition requires larger investment in content marketing - I offer this separately (from 200 PLN/post + subscription). You get optimization for specific keywords (defined together based on industry and location), Google Search Console setup and a filled-out Google Business Profile. SEO results are long-term - 2-6 months for visible changes.

A newsletter is your company's mailing list plus a signup form on the site with MailerLite Free integration (up to 1000 subscribers for free). The client enters their email, gets a confirmation email (GDPR-compliant double opt-in - the client clicks a link in the email to activate the signup), and only then is subscribed. You have a list of people who consciously want to receive messages from you - the most permanent marketing asset a company can own. Unlike Instagram or Facebook where an algorithm decides whether posts reach followers - here the email always lands in the inbox. You get a signup form (a "Stay updated" section with an email field and GDPR consent checkbox), MailerLite connection (where you compose messages like emails), an automatic welcome email after signup. Ideal for salons (seasonal promotions) and restaurants (holiday menus).

Google Analytics is the configuration of traffic tracking on your site - you see how many people visited, where they came from (Google, Facebook, direct), which pages they spent most time on, how many clicked "Book" or filled out the form. Without Analytics you guess what works, with Analytics you know. You get GA4 setup (latest Analytics version, free, official from Google) plus a 30-minute training on how to read the dashboard yourself - I show you what to click and which numbers to track in your industry. This is the first step before any decision about Google Ads or Facebook Ads - without Analytics there is no way to measure whether it pays off. For salons and restaurants, two numbers usually matter: how many people visit the "Pricing" page and how many actually fill out the form or click "Book". Monthly interpretation reports (1-page PDF) are available in the Extended Subscription (100 PLN/m).

Full social media integration plus preparing the site for future Facebook Ads campaigns. Six elements that turn the site from "has a web address" into "works for marketing". First, icons for four platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) in the footer and header - unused platforms are skipped. Second, a widget with the latest Instagram posts (6-9 photos with a lightbox, updates automatically). Third, a "Follow us" section with big CTA buttons and follower counters - increases follow conversion 3-5x compared to footer icons alone. Fourth, Open Graph and Twitter Cards - control how your site looks when shared on Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn (with it - a nice preview with a photo, without it - a raw URL no one shares). Fifth, Facebook Pixel - a tracking script that records who visited your site and enables retargeting ads on FB Ads. Worth turning on right away, even if you plan ads in a year - more collected data means more effective future campaigns. Sixth, Schema.org social profile markup - code that tells Google "this is the official business, here are the profiles" and displays social links in the Knowledge Panel next to search results. Together this prepares the site for real marketing life - not just "sitting on the internet", but working with your social media and ready for ads whenever you decide to turn them on.

Your site includes 1 month of hosting in the site price (see: base package). After that, if you want the site to keep running, the Basic Subscription (40 PLN/m) covers hosting (server + SSL certificate renewal + monitoring) plus minor changes up to 30 minutes per month (e.g. updating opening hours, adding a new photo, changing a price). It does NOT cover: larger rebuilds (layout change, adding a new section), new addons (e.g. adding a shop after six months is a separate cost according to current pricing), or fixing external outages (e.g. if nazwa.pl has a DNS problem). The subscription's value is mostly peaceful sleep - hosting works, the certificate renews itself, you do not lose the site by missing a payment email. For companies that rarely update the site (most small businesses) - this is a sufficient option. You can cancel anytime - the site remains, I hand over login credentials.

Extended Subscription is 100 PLN monthly covering everything from Basic (hosting, SSL, monitoring) plus changes up to 2 hours per month (instead of 30 minutes), a monthly Google Analytics report (1-page PDF) and priority response time (24h instead of the standard 48-72h). It does NOT cover: larger site rebuilds (e.g. new design, pricing redesign - this is a separate one-time cost) or new addons (e.g. adding a shop after six months - separate cost according to current pricing). Hours in the subscription renew every month - if you do not use any in March, April starts with the full 2h. Unused hours do not roll over, but you will never run out if you actively use the subscription. Ideal for companies that regularly update the site (seasonal promotions, adding photos from completed projects, pricing modifications) or need quick response if something stops working. In practice: one corrected text per week plus a monthly report. You can switch from Basic to Extended at any time.
